Since inception, we have handled well over 18,000 PIP litigation and arbitration assignments. This firm understands the nuances of the varying court rules of each judge, as well as modus operandi of each plaintiff attorney. We apply this knowledge to aggressively defend each assignment through our motion and trial practice. Our motion practice, to date, has resulted in a 90% success rate on issues involving IME and EUO no-show, 30 and 45 Day violations, and Fee Schedule (Ground Rule 11, acupuncture and office visit down code). Our trial practice has a 60% success rate on issues of medical necessity as well as more complex issues including coverage. This firm has also handled nearly 4000 arbitration assignments and holds a 70% success rate.
