With the advent of purchasing policies through the internet, the number of individual’s providing false residences to obtain lower rates has steadily risen. Through the use of examinations under oath this office has been able to obtain the proof necessary to establish material misrepresentation’s of fact. We also utilize examinations under oath in our No Fault practice to investigate the incorporation of medical facilities and to verify all aspects of the claimant’s treatment.
