Kyun Yi

Kyun is the Managing Partner of De Martini & Yi, LLP and oversees the day-to-day operation of the firm. He is a litigation and trial attorney by training and experience. His primary focus has been representing personal and commercial line insurers as well as self insured entities in New York. Additionally, Kyun has counseled numerous businesses on liability, marketing and re/development issues. He received his J.D. in 1996 from Quinnipiac University School of Law and B.A. in 1991 from C.S.U. at Hayward, and is admitted to the practice of Law in New York State, Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts of New York. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Kyun received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army Reserves in 1993.
