Rick Kim

Rick is Of Counsel to DeMartini & Yi, LLP. Rick has extensive litigation experience in transportation, premises liability, construction site/labor law, municipal liability and general negligence cases. Rick has successfully tried and obtained favorable verdicts in all types of personal injury cases. He has also successfully resolved litigated matters at mediations and arbitrations. Rick honed his litigation skills at large insurance defense firms in Downtown, New York by actively defending diverse cases brought against individuals and entities from inception to trial. Rick's representative clients included property management companies, restaurants, fitness centers as well as variety of retail businesses.

Rick received his Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law in 1996 and Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1993. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 1997 and is also admitted to the United States District Courts of Eastern and Southern District of New York. Rick is bilingual and is able to communicate fluently in Korean.
